We currently have 17 staff members who provide a very high quality of care. These teachers are very dedicated to the cause of the learning center, and that is to reach out and minister to children and there families. We have a very low turn around rate with our staff, with most being here for more than seven years. Each year, our staff is required to undergo training in the early childhood fields of study. This training ranges from curriculum skills to developmental skills, as well as CPR, First Aid, and Blood-borne Pathogens. We also feel that Spiritual training is very important, as well. We are first and foremost a ministry of Iva First Baptist Church. Our number one goal is to shine the light of Jesus and to reach out to our community. We are here to witness and to serve.
